Someone asks David Brevik once if he could make D2 again, which balance changes in regards to items he would do, and he said that he has no regrets, but I disagree with that. Something like Spirit is fine as well imo, but it rather should have much higher rune costs. Stuff like BotD and Grief are fine, but eventually could be tuned down a bit. High Resistances are fine, but not immunites.Īlso something like Insight should not be be a thing imo, since it makes resources redundant. ![]() I also don’t want something like Enigma in D4.Īlthough, if there is an Enigma in D4, the Teleport that it will give you will have a cooldown, I think that is fair to assume.Īnd if D2 ever gets Remastered, Teleport really, needs to have a cooldown or casting delay.Īnother item that I do not want to see is Infinity and with that monster Immunities. I don’t like the way the D2 sorc can just zoom through an entire area without having to touch a single monster and it doesn’t improve the game if suddenly an item makes it possible for everyone to do it. ![]() I really don’t want any item like Enigma or CTA… I don’t care what some might say about this, but if you can’t design a game where most builds rely on one item to be played efficiently then you didn’t design the game well.
